After passing the entrance exam, please apply through the "Dormitory Application Form" on the Waseda University Student Life Division Student Dormitory Desk (formerly Residence Life Center) website and obtain a reception number. In the case of WID and Dormy, you can also apply for Waseda University directly managed dormitories (WISH, etc.) at the same time.
* WID and Dormy do not require submission of a dormitory application form.

As a general rule, a lottery will be held for each faculty at the time of the application deadline.However, we will let you know about dormitories with sufficient vacancies without waiting for the deadline.After the lottery is over, we will send a set of documents such as a dormitory contract and a transfer form at any time.

Please return the dormitory documents, etc. and transfer the dormitory procedure fee by the date specified by our company.A dormitory contract will be concluded between the resident and Kyoritsu Maintenance Co., Ltd.

You can move in at any time after the contract start date. Students enrolled in April can move in after March 4th.Furniture is provided, so you can move in with only a minimum of personal belongings.
