A women's dormitory near Tokorozawa Station on the Seibu Line.WID Tokorozawa" and the mixed-gender dormitory near Nishi-Tokorozawa Station on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line.WID Nishitokorozawa" held a joint welcome party for the new students enrolling in the fall. This event was planned as a special opportunity for new students from both dormitories to deepen their connections and celebrate the start of their new lives together.

The theme of this event was the "Halloween Joint Welcome Party." While enjoying dressing up in costumes, the dormitory students deepened their friendships across faculty and grade boundaries. This first joint event created new connections that went beyond the dorms, and was a great success filled with smiles.
