The dormitory application period is as follows:
* Only one application per person is allowed.

• [First stage application]January 13, 2026 (Tuesday) 10:00 to January 30, 2026 (Friday) 16:00 (JST)
• [First stage application]December 16, 2026 (Monday) 10:00 to December 5, 2025 (Thursday) 10:00 (JST)

[Results for April 2026 Admissions]

The results for the university-run dormitories will be announced on the following dates:
Applicants will be notified of the results by email.

First choiceAffiliated/dedicated dormitoriesIf you set
University-affiliated dormitories/private dormitories may notify you of the room reservation results earlier than the above dates.
The results will be communicated by the dormitory management company.

If you apply for a directly managed dormitory as your first choice and an affiliated/dedicated dormitory as your second or subsequent choice,
The results of room allocation for second choice and below will be announced.Approximately 7 business days from the results announcement datemay be required.

📄 Dormitory entry process

Please apply using the dedicated "Dormitory Application Form" during the application period designated by the Student Dormitory Desk (formerly Residence Life Center) of the Student Life Division at Waseda University. In the case of WID and Dormy, you can also apply for Waseda University-run dormitories (WISH, etc.) at the same time.
