Q. Is it allowed to move in WID/Dormy directly from the airport?

A. Our dorms do not meet the criteria as a place for quarantine. Therefore, you are permitted to move in after the self-quarantine for 14 days (15 nights and 16 days).

Q. Do I have to complete the first payment even if it is still uncertain to enter Japan?

A. No, you don’t have to. We recommend making a payment when it’s turned out that you can surely come to Japan. Please do not rush to pay. There is no problem if you pay after you get a visa and book your flight.

Q. I already made the first payment from abroad. Do I need to follow the cancellation policy even if I’m not able to enter Japan due to the travel ban?

A. No, you don’t need to worry about it. Please contact us if you need to cancel your dorm application because of the travel ban, entry restriction, or cancellation of your study abroad program, we refund you the full amount. However, please forgive us that the remittance fee for the refund is deducted from your payment.
