A. There are no application fees, cancellation fees, or any other expenses when applying through the Waseda University Residence Center special form.

You can apply from the special form of "Waseda University Residence Center".Also, if WISH is your first choice, you can also apply for WID or Dormy (as your second choice) at the same time.

* At this point, there will be no application fee or cancellation fee.

XNUMX. Possibility of guidance to the dormitory you wish to apply for

If you wish to use WID or Dormy, Kyoritsu Maintenance will contact you with the results of your application within 10 days after the end of each application period.At the same time, a contract for the dormitory and an invoice for the contract fee will be mailed to your home.

*If you would like to change the content of your application, please let us know and we will do so.
*Even at this point, there will be no application fee or cancellation fee.

XNUMX. Contract procedure

When the contract documents arrive at your home, please sign and seal the contract and return one copy to Kyoritsu Maintenance.Regarding the contract fee, please make the payment by the stated payment date.

*The payment date will be approximately 14 days after the contract is issued.
* If you cancel after paying the contract fee, the following penalties will be charged.The contract deposit that has already been paid will be refunded after deducting the penalty.

Up to 90 days before the contract start date 50,000 yen
From 89 days to 60 days before the contract start date 100,000 yen
From 59 days to 30 days before the contract start date 150,000 yen
From the 29th of the contract start date to the day before: 200,000 yen
