〇Revised expense item Facility fee, annual management fee, admission fee, electricity fee, water fee *Revised expense item and revised amount vary depending on the property.

From August 2023, 8, the subject properties have been changed to the revised rates.
For customers who wish to move in from this fiscal year (mid-2023), we will guide you to the pre-revision rate.
